SCHEDULE OF PRICES FOR 2012 SEASON

Our accommodation is available to rent all year round.

N.B. Please ensure you familiarise yourself with (and accept!) our Terms and Conditions prior to requesting a booking at Pyrénées View.

HIGH SEASON
23rd June 2012 to 31st August 2012. Bookings accepted on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) - although we are flexible for late bookings (subject to availability). Please contact us for details.

LOW SEASON
1st January 2012 to 22nd June 2012 and 1st September 2012 to 4th January 2013. Rates are advertised on a weekly basis, but bookings are accepted from a minimum of only three nights (subject to availability) and charges will be adjusted accordingly on a pro rata basis, as shown in the pricing tables below. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

OCCUPANCY RATES
Our prices, as detailed below, are based on occupancy by three/four people.

If your party consists of only two people, there is a discount of £40/50€ per week during the period 14th July 2012 to 31st August 2012, and £20/25€ at all other times. For bookings of less than one week during the low season (see above), this discount will be calculated on a pro rata basis.

For a 5th/6th person, please add £30/35€ per person per week, or £5/6€ per person per night for stays of less than seven nights.

Should you wish to book two (or more) consecutive weeks and they are advertised below at different rates, the combined total will be payable.

The prices shown include the 'Taxe de Séjour', charged by the local commune at 20 cents per person per night, for all guests aged 13 and above.

If you wish to visit us during the cooler part of the year, the rental charge DOES include central heating for your accommodation.

We accept payment via PayPal – subject to an administration fee of 3.5% of the total value of your booking. This charge is to offset PayPal costs we incur in offering you this payment facility. Please contact us for further details, confirmation of total price, and details for payment by this method.
