HIGH SEASON
26th June 2010 to 3rd September
2010. Bookings accepted on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday)
- although we are flexible for late bookings (subject to availability).

LOW SEASON
2nd January 2010 to 25th
June 2010 and 4th September 2010 to 31st December 2010. Rates
are advertised on a weekly basis, but we are happy to consider
bookings of any duration on a pro rata basis (subject to availability).

OCCUPANCY RATES
Our prices, as stated below, are based on occupancy by three/four people. |
For two people there is a discount of £40 per week during the period 17th July 2009 to 3rd September 2009, and £20 at all other times. |
| For
a 5th/6th person, please add £25/€30 per person per week,
or £5 per person per night for stays of less than 7 nights. |
| Should you
wish to book two (or more) consecutive weeks which are advertised below
at different rates, the combined total will be payable. |
| If you wish
to visit us during the cooler part of the year, the rental charge does include
central heating for your accommodation. |

We accept payment via Paypal – subject to an administration fee of 3.5% of the total value of your booking. This charge is to offset Paypal costs we incur in offering you this payment facility. Please contact us for further details, confirmation of total price, and details for payment by this method. |
